TERMS OF SALE:

On application, Reporter Big Sky is pleased to establish open account credit for its customers. This credit is extended as a matter of convenience. Invoices are payable by the 10th of the month following purchase. 1 and 1/2% per month interest will be charged on amounts not paid within 30 days. This is an annual effective rate of 18%.

In some instances Reporter Big Sky offers a 30/60/90 day payment schedule on major purchases.

Lease, time payment, and rental plans are readily available for financing furniture and equipment purchases.

CLAIMS FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE:

Shipments are delivered to carriers and signed by them as being in good condition when received. If goods are damaged while in transit a notation should be made on the freight bill before delivery is accepted so you can collect full damage from the carrier. Freight claims are consignee’s responsibility.

RETURN SHIPMENTS:

Credit cannot be allowed on returned stock items if order was correctly filled by Reporter Big Sky unless you make previous notification and arrangements with Reporter Big Sky. Since additional expense is involved by returning merchandise to inventory and issuing credits a service charge of 15% may be made. Any prepaid freight incurred in the original shipment will also be charged against any credit issued. All claims for credit must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. No special orders – correctly filled – may be returned for credit. Most items in the large-page colored catalog are special orders.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders for special manufacture properly entered an acknowledged cannot be canceled unless customer assumes all manufacturing costs incurred prior to the time of cancellation.
